Evening meet 230523

 A few of us rolled into the Mount Pleasant Inn in Nomansland for our May pub meet, Nick had rung ahead to arrange the booking and the owners were very welcoming, they had coned off an area of the rear car park for us and we were able to use the pubs garden area. 

The usual putting the world straight was among the many subjects discussed in good weather, it was great to see our friend from the Taunton area, he had come ‘cross country’ to get to us on his Harley but due to the bad potholes he was definately not going back that way. We were down in numbers due to holidays and illness but these evening meets are looked forward to as it gives everyone an opportunity for a bit of solo riding.

Now we have a stall at the South Molton show 3rd and 4th June, contact Andy, Nick or John if you can help out with a display bike, there is room for another couple of bikes.

Next run folks is to meet at the strawberry Fields farm shop at Lifton farm shop for the West Devon run on the 11th June, then on the 21st we have another evening meet at the Exeter Inn Chittlehamholt, hope to see you there.
